Your Business Card explained. (Pic1)

Your business card on our site can be accessed in many ways. The client can make use of our search engine (B5), or category listings to find you. You may also advertise in other ways like on our front page (B6).

To enlist your free business card incenturion register by clicking the subscribe button (X3).

From the subscribe page you will need to insert all the information needed to like manager, address, phone, email, web site, trading hours etc (A9). You also would be able to supply your text for your product 1 listing (A5).

Once completed you click submit and an email will be sent to you asking for your company logo to be emailed to us (A12). We will also be able to obtain it from your web site if requested.

Once we are finished with your update, you will receive an email that supplies your login details. Click on the login button on our home page (X), and supply your login details (X1).

Should you have forgotten your password, supply your email (X2). An email with your password will be send to you.

On both packages you will be able to update the description Access Package (A5) and Ace Package (A5 - A8)

Once you have logged into your login page you would be able to update your existing business card, and products from your drop down menu (B1). You also have short cuts on your home page main index to access some of these pages.

You are informed as to the last time you updated (B2), as well as any message that we have from our side on updates or specials for you our client (B3).

If you update any of your products (A1 - A8), you are immediately placed first at the bottom of our home page last update registry (B4).

Login Drop down menu explained:

Home:
Your start page when logged in. (As explained above)

Edit BC:
Edit any changes to your contact details for your business card (A9)

Change Password:
Change your password.

Product 1 - 4:
Edit all your products, including text and photo's (A1-A8).

Upgrade Package:
Apply online for our upgrade packages.

Advertising Applications:
Apply online for any of our web sites advertising spaces -

• Home Page: Apply to be one of six advertisers on our front page (B6)
• Event listing : Apply to register and advertise a upcoming event (B7)
• Category listing : When signed up you are listed under one of our many category listing. Apply to become a main sponsor. You will be the first business under this category
• Special listing: If you are running a special advertise on our special page (B8).

Vacancies:

As a free/ or advance member you may advertise any vacancies within your company free of charge.

Bonus Features:
